The room you reserve will be held for you regardless of your arrival time. However, if reservation is not cancelled 72 hours prior arrival date, you will be charged a fee equal to one nights stay plus tax on the day of your scheduled arrival. Cancellations up to 72 hours prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If somehow you get wrong information or do not get reply by email for receipt, then it's your responsibility to contact us by phone & email.
